From: Traumatic avulsion of the anterior medial meniscus root combined with PCL injury: a case report
Diagnostic arthroscopy via a standard anterolateral portal confirmed the diagnosis. Arthroscopy showed detachment of the anterior horn of the medial meniscus, and bruise and hyperemia on the downward slope from the medial articular plateau to the intercondylar region (blue oval).
