A 53-year-old male patient with L2–4 spinal tuberculosis received single posterior debridement, interbody fusion, and fixation. (a-d). Patients given standard anti-TB therapy showed chronic aggravation of disc and bone destruction in L2–4: (e) Postoperative images after 10 days of operation showed good position of pedicle screw fixation. (f-g) Postoperative images after 24 months of operation showed that solid interbody fusion with no displacement, breakage of instrumentation, and insignificant loss of the kyphotic correction
