A sagittal reconstructed CT image and MRI (b and c) showed central osteolysis and surrounding sclerotic endplate at T10/11. Sagittal X ray of lumbar spine after the operation (d) showed good internal fixation and kyphosis correction without anterior fusion. Sagittal X ray of lumbar spine (e) and sagittal reconstructed CT image (f) at 2-year follow-up confirmed good fusion of the pseudarthrosis at T10/11
