  1. Relative intensities were measured in plasma samples of control group (n = 10), OVX group (n = 12) and OVXG (n = 6) using linear mixed models. Results are fold changes (FC) of the lipid intensities between the OVX and control groups and between the OVXG and the OVX groups at month one and month two, among identified compounds by LC-MS. FC with a value > 1 indicated a relatively higher intensity present in treated animals, whereas a value < 1 indicated a relatively lower intensity compared with their respective control animals
