Seven months after the operation, the patient accidentally fell, MRI showed T12 acute osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture; c. the CT illustrated the pedicle screw was loosened in left L5 (arrow). The reason of screw loosening may be related to long segment fixation and stress concentration on the tail of the fixed segment when tumbled
