MiR-93-5p and CASC2 were inversely correlated in synovial fluid. Levels of miR-93-5p (A) and CASC2 (B) in synovial fluid from both OA (n = 60) and healthy controls (n = 60) were measured using qPCR and compared by unpaired t test.
