  1. *Risk scores for glenohumeral pain and RCT were created by assigning points to each sleep position in rank with suspected risk for increased subacromial pressures and impingement. Zero was assigned to the hypothesized lowest risk sleep position, soldier, and 10 was assigned to the hypothesized highest risk sleep position, freefaller. The sleep position log, fetus, yearner and starfish were assigned 2,4,6,8, respectively. The overall risk score was calculated by adding two-thirds of the primary sleep positions risk score to one-third the secondary sleep position’s risk score
