The pre- and 3-year postoperative radiographs of a Lenke 1 patient with AIS who had preoperative CK and postoperative CL. The coronal Cobb angle of the main curve was corrected from 51° preoperative to 2° postoperative (the rate of corrective Cobb angle was 96.1%). The C2-7 angle varied from 12° preoperative to −5° postoperative. The PTK increased from 13° preoperative to 18° postoperative. The TK decreased from 24° preoperative to 19° postoperative.
