Bone turnover factors and Wnt signaling antagonists in patients with OPLL and controls. Serum levels of OSC (**p < 0.01) and SOST (**p < 0.01) were higher but those of DKK-1 (*p < 0.05) were lower in the patients with OPLL than in the controls. There was no significant difference in SFRP-1 and OPG levels between the OPLL patients and controls. (OSC, SFRP-1, OPG: ng/mL; Dkk-1, SOST: pg/mL)
