Data was analyzed using imaging data from the entire medial knee joint, irrespective of baseline/follow-up. BML and N_voxel were calculated based on the relative involvement. MExN_voxel and IRExN_voxel were calculated by multiplying the absolute number of N_voxel by ME and IRE, respectively
