Mean change in 6MWT distance for each category of the transition scale for baseline to 10-weeks post op (foreground) and baseline to 26-weeks (distance). Sample size varied greatly for each category. At 10-weeks, much better n = 85, moderately better n = 43, slightly better n = 12, no change n = 6, slightly worse n = 2, moderately worse n = 7 and much worse n = 2. At 26-weeks, much better n = 143, moderately better n = 36, slightly better n = 9, no change n = 9, slightly worse n = 4, moderately worse n = 3, much worse n = 7
