1 x 10⁵ NP cells were transduced scAAV2, scAAV3 and scAAV6 at a viral dose of 5000 vg/c. On day 8, 16, 24, 32 and 48 of post-transduction MTT assays were performed to measure the number of viable cells. Data represent the mean number of viable cells with standard deviation (SD) of three independent experiments, each performed in duplicate (p < 0.05)
