  1. Results from the minor labial salivary gland biopsy were determined as described by Chisholm & Mason [17]. The presence of at least one focus consisting of mononuclear cell aggregation was determined as grade 3. The p-values were calculated by Welch’s t-test or Fisher’s exact probability test.
