The positive staining of signalling molecules in the three groups by immunohistochemistry. The positive staining of the two proteins was observed in group a, and no significant differences were detected with increasing time. The positive staining intensities of activated β-catenin and c-Myc in both groups b and c were significant weaker than those in group a. Further, they gradually decreased with increasing time in both groups b and c and were significantly weaker in group c compared with those in group b.
