The protein levels of signalling molecules in the rat femoral heads of all groups. The protein expression levels of activated β-catenin and c-Myc did not obviously change with increasing time in group a, and they gradually decreased in both groups b and c, especially group c. Their levels were significantly lower in both groups b and c compared with those in group a at each time point, and they were also significantly lower in group c compared with group b at each time point.
