Total GAG accumulated produced by chondrocytes culture treatment group. All the treated groups demonstrated an increase in GAG production compared with the IL-1β treated group. And the HA-CS-CrmA group demonstrated significantly greater GAG accumulation as compared to the control group. The statistical results represented the mean ± S.D. of five separate experiments.
