Effect of HIV1 proteins on transcription factor activity in non differentiating MSCs. MSCs were cultured in the presence of 100 ng/ml HIV p55-gag and REV for 7 days. Untreated cells were included as controls. Cells were harvested and nuclear extracts were prepared and analysed for RUNX-2 and PPARγ activity. Data expressed as percentage of untreated control ± SEM.
