The variable profile plot describes in detail the contribution of each variable with respect to values before and compared to after pain provocation. Furthermore, the last five variables represent the difference value. Hence, before pain provocation, i.e., the first five piles, no difference is seen comparing the values before and after pain provocation. The piles 6 to 10 all show lower values according to the TM group (in the region of 2 SD). The last five piles confirm the difference before compared to after pain provocation.
