  1. The numbers of fibers analyzed were results from a normal or an affected dog. MHC expression between two groups (normal, dMHC (-) vs affected, dMHC (-); affected, dMHC (-) vs affected, dMHC (+)), or between muscles (TC muscle vs diaphragm) was analyzed by Yates's chi-square test. Significant differences (p < 0.05) were detected in all tests.
