Comparisons were made between control and 30, 60, 120 and 240 minute time exposures to dexamethasone. Panel A shows a bar graph representing the percentage of genes represented on the microarray that were found to be significantly altered at each time point. T1 = control, T2 = 30 mins, T3 = 60 mins, T4 = 120 mins and T5 = 240 mins dexamethasone exposure. All significantly dysregulated genes (SLR < -0.6 & SLR > 0.6) were used in classification searched.
