Rat BMP-4 expression after gene transfer with BMP-2, BMP-7, or BMP-2 and BMP-7. Rat BMP-4 mRNA expression in muscles electroporated with pCAGGS-BMP-2, pCAGGS-BMP-7, or pCAGGS-BMP-2 and pCAGGS-BMP-7 detected by RT-PCR. The BMP-4 mRNA was highly expressed in the muscles that received the combined BMP-2 and BMP-7 gene transfer.
