(Category 1: BPIPIF ≥7.14; Category 2: 3.29 ≤ BPIPIF <7.14 AND FIQ20 < 5; Category 3: 3.29 ≤ BPIPIF <7.14 AND FIQ20 ≥ 5; Category 4: BPIPIF <3.29 AND FIQ14 ≥ 2, Category 5: BPIPIF <3.29 AND FIQ14 < 2). *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 for the between-treatment difference in the probability of transitioning from a baseline category to the endpoint category. Note: Data from category 5 at baseline were excluded because only 20 duloxetine and 7 placebo patients fulfilled criteria for this category at baseline, which did not allow for any meaningful modeling and interpretation of transition probabilities.
