Effects of estradiol on the expressions of collagen and elastin. Total soluble collagen (A) and elastin (B) levels in cell culture media were measured ten days after treatment of 17β-estradiol (10-7 M, 10-8 M, and 10-9 M). Collagen to elastin ratio (C) significantly decreased at day 10.
