Compared with the group N, the immunostaining for the signaling molecules in the group B increased significantly, but no significant in the group A. The expressions of TLR4 and MCP-1 in group B had significant differences compared with that in group A at each time point. MyD88 and NF-κB p65 expressions in group B had significant differences compared with that in group A at 12 weeks.
