Decreasing intraarticular levels of IGF-1 are observed with progress of OA measured by a functional score of the ankle (CFSS). Results of the linear regression analysis (R2 = 0.97 and 0.83, respectively), the Spearman correlation and the post hoc statistics (Kruskal-Wallis H-Test) are indicated for absolute IGF-1 levels and concentrations in relation to the total protein content (TPC) on the bottom.
