Effects of salubrinal on colony-forming unit- granulocyte-macrophage (CFU-GM). Approximately 2.5x104 bone marrow-derived cells were prepared and seeded onto a 35-mm gridded dish supplemented with 30 ng/ml murine M-CSF and 20 ng/ml RANKL. Three dosages of salubrinal (1, 2, and 5 μM) were administered, and cells were cultured for 7 days.
