Effects of CsA on the proximal tibia metaphysis trabecular bone architecture. Compared with the control group: (a) The values of the bone volume fraction were significantly decreased in the 1.5 mg/kg and the 7.5 mg/kg CsA group; (b) The values of the trabecular thickness were significantly decreased in the 7.5 mg/kg group; (c) The values of the trabecular number were significantly decreased in the 1.5 mg/kg and the 7.5 mg/kg CsA group; (d) The values of the trabecular separation were significantly increased in the 1.5 mg/kg and the 7.5 mg/kg CsA group; Compared with the 1.5 mg/kg CsA group, the values of the trabecular separation were also significantly increased in the 7.5 mg/kg CsA group.
