Pain in the arm in the absence of a specific diagnosis or pathology

Pain in the forearm and failure to meet the diagnostic criteria of specific disorders

Symptoms may include:

Loss of function

Weakness in arms and hands

Cramp

Muscle tenderness

Allodynia

Slowing of fine movements Clumsiness

Absence of signs of a specific pathology that correlates with area of pain.
